Therapist. Teacher. Interventionalist.
Constance Sheehan, Ph.D., LCSW, is a psychotherapist known for her adept handling of thorny issues, particularly those involving communication about sex, money, trauma, and other complex concerns. She became one of the most trusted experts in her field the honest way: by making mistakes in her own life. It was out of necessity that she discovered the tools and research that transformed her life.
From serving drinks in first class as a flight attendant to negotiating with terrorists as a part of a legal team in Guantanamo, Constance’s work and life have brought her to training with experts across 35 countries, as well as teaching and creating programs at prestigious universities.
Constance has lived in Chicago, Australia, Boulder, and New York. She currently resides in Miami, but will always be a Chicagoan at heart.
